Julie A. Berry, MD

Dr. Berry received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame. She then attended medical school at the University of California San Diego where she received her Medical Doctorate degree and graduated first in her class. After a general surgery internship, she completed her Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of Maryland. While in residency she performed research on middle ear infection vaccines at the National Institutes of Health. Upon finishing her specialty training, she served as an active duty Air Force Otolaryngologist, where she served as Chief of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Malcolm Grow Medical Center. She then returned to California to enter private practice in North San Diego County. During her years of private practice, she has also served at Tri-City Medical Center in several capacities, including as Chief of the Specialty Surgery Division. When not practicing medicine, she enjoys running, sewing, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.


Anton M. Kushnaryov, MD

Dr. Kushnaryov received his BS degree in Art from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.  He attended medical school at the University of Minnesota Medical School - Twin Cities. After a general surgery internship, he completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Diego. While in residency he was a research fellow at the UC San Diego Cartilage Tissue Engineering Lab and has a variety of publications to his name. Following residency, he was in private practice in Santa Rosa, California before returning to San Diego. Dr. Kushnaryov is a board-certified general Otolaryngologist who treats the full spectrum of otolaryngologic conditions with a particular interest in head and neck cancer, skin cancer excision and reconstruction, sinus,  thyroid, parathyroid and saliva gland surgery. In addition to his practice at North County ENT, he has an active role in training Resident surgeons at the VA Medical Center in La Jolla.   Outside of medical practice, he enjoys oil painting, gardening and spending time with his wife and children. He is a talented artist with work displayed in numerous exhibitions, including in the permanent collection at the University of Minnesota Medical School.


Marc J. Lebovits, MD, FACS, FAAP

Dr. Lebovits received his BA degree from the University of California Berkeley. After attending medical school at the University of California San Francisco, he trained in internal medicine at San Francisco General Hospital, then general surgery at the University of California San Diego. He then returned to the University of California San Francisco for his Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency. Upon finishing his specialty training, he went into private practice in North San Diego County while also taking an academic position at the University of California San Diego Medical School. He currently is an Associate Professor of Surgery and teaches Head & Neck surgery at the medical school. During his years of private practice, he has also served at TriCity Medical Center in many capacities, including as Chief of the Medical Staff. He has repeatedly appeared in the "Best Doctors" section in San Diego Magazine. When not practicing medicine, he enjoys running, surfing, and spending time with his wife, grown children, and friends.


Judy, Front Office and Referral Specialist

Judy was born in Oceanside and grew up in Fallbrook.  She has over 3 decades of experience in the medical field in North County San Diego and has extensive knowledge of the medical network in the area.  She has been working at North County ENT for over 17 years. When she is not working, she enjoys gardening, shopping and going to the beach.  She is the mother of 2 adult children and honorary mother of her Yorkie, Honey.


Kelly, Lead Medical Assistant

With almost 30 years of experience in the medical field, Kelly has worked in cardiology, pediatric and adolescent medicine and head and neck surgery.  Her ambition, attention to detail and empathy make her a valuable member of our care team.  You’ll  find her working hard to help keep our practice running smoothly while providing excellent patient care.  When she is not working she spends her time exploring the great outdoors, raising her flock of chickens and spending time with her 4 children and 2 grandchildren.


Linda, Surgical Care Coordinator

Linda is our Surgical Care Coordinator and skillfully guides our patients through the surgical process.  She has worked in healthcare for over 25 years.  Born in Encinitas, she is delighted to serve the North County San Diego community where she has lived all of her life.  She also enjoys spending time with her family, baking and travel. 


Stephany, Medical Assistant

Stephany is the newest member of our team.  In addition to her work here as a Medical Assistant, she is a full time student on her way to becoming a nurse. She is intelligent, capable and caring. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
